Short version. You are buying a PDF and a spreadsheet for your own family to use. Please do not pass them on. If something does not work, email me and I will sort it out.
11+ Maths Model Answers, a sole trader business based in London, United Kingdom. Contact 11plusmathsmodelanswers@gmail.com.
Purchases are processed by Payhip, which acts as merchant of record. That means Payhip takes the payment, handles VAT and delivers the files. Their terms apply to the transaction alongside these.
Each guide is a digital product. A PDF, a spreadsheet and a short read-me file, delivered by download immediately after payment. Nothing is posted to you and there is no physical item.
Files are also emailed to you by Payhip, so keep the receipt. If you lose the files, email me and I will send them again at no charge.
Buying a guide gives you a licence to use it within one household, for your own children. You may print it, read it on any of your devices and keep it indefinitely.
You may not resell it, republish it, upload it anywhere, share it in a group chat or forum, or use it as teaching material in a commercial tutoring business. If somebody wants a copy, please send them to the site instead. This is a small business and that request is the whole of my enforcement policy.
These are digital products delivered immediately, so by completing your purchase and downloading the files you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the usual fourteen day cancellation right for digital content no longer applies once the download has started.
That said, I would rather you were happy than technically correct. If a file will not open, if you bought the wrong edition, or if you bought it by mistake and have not downloaded it, email me within fourteen days and I will refund you. No form to fill in.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights if the product is faulty or not as described.
They are written from my own experience as a parent, with figures taken from schools' published fee pages and from public sources, all cited. They are not advice from a financial adviser, a lawyer, an accountant or an admissions consultant, because I am none of those things.
Fees, deadlines, entry points and assessment formats change every year and differ at every school. Where a guide and a school's own admissions page disagree, the school is right. Please check everything that matters against the source before you act on it.
Nothing in the guides is a prediction about any particular child's chances anywhere, and buying one does not improve them by itself.
The answer papers on this site are free and you are welcome to them. Please share the link rather than the file, so that people arrive at the current version.
The question papers themselves remain the property of the schools that set them. What I have added is the answers and the working. The papers are offered here free, are never sold, and are never part of a paid product. If a school would rather I did not offer one of its papers, it only has to say so and I will take it down.
I link to school admissions pages, reading lists and other resources because they are useful. I do not control those sites and I am not responsible for what is on them or for what happens if they change.
I will do my honest best to keep the guides accurate and useful, but I cannot accept liability for decisions you take about schools, money or anything else after reading them. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, because the law does not allow that.
I may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
Written to be read rather than to be impressive. If a clause here seems unfair or unclear, email me and say so.
